Set in C.19th Villa Beaulieu, Ecole des Trois Ponts specialises in French Language Courses and provincial French Cookery Courses for adults looking for a relaxed setting and good food in a convivial, family atmosphere. General French Intensive French Beginners Course Private French Holiday French

General French Language Courses

19 hours of French classes per week from Monday through Friday (9.15 am to 12.15 am and 2 evenings from 5 to 7 p.m.) . No classes on Saturday & Sunday.
Complete beginner, false beginner, intermediate 1 and 2 and advanced courses. All levels.
Small class size : maximum 6 students
Professional, native French-speaking instructors
Study formal and informal French with an emphasis on conversational skills. Though important reading and writing skills are also emphasized.

To cater for the particular needs of complete beginners, we have set aside particular dates each month for you to start your course. If your partner is not a complete beginner, s/he can start the course on the same date as you.

We consider you a complete beginner if your result on our French test is 7 or less or if you have studied less than 1 year of French at school. Please avoid guessing answers when you do the test as we need an accurate idea of your level.

Intensive French Courses

 

Designed for people who have an urgent need to communicate rapidly and effectively in French.

This course offers 19 hours a week of group classes taken with students in the General French course (6 people maximum per class) plus 6 hours a week of private one-to-one classes for a total of 25 hours. During the 6 hours of private classes you and your teacher will decide the content of the class.

Your teacher will help you overcome your particular difficulties and look at vocabulary or grammar points that concern you. Classes : Monday through Friday.

Private French Courses

15, 19 or 25 hours of private one-to-one classes, the Private French Course is an effective, rapid means of developing your French language skills. Entirely planned around your own particular needs, it is ideal for those who have a pressing professional need for French or are moving to France.
Fax, e-mail, Internet et computer facilities are available. 

Holiday French Courses

15 hours of classes per week for five morning classes from Monday through Friday, this course is ideal for those wishing to learn French yet have time to relax, enjoy their holidays and visit the lovely villages nearby.
